At TDSC, we value our members and strive to provide a seamless membership process. Below, you’ll find all the details you need to join, renew, and manage your membership.
New Membership Applications
The application process for new members is as follows:
Step 1: Application Submission & Review
- Submit your membership application.
- A current TDSC member in good standing must sponsor you.
- You must include the sponsor’s name.
- Applications without a valid sponsor will be rejected.
Step 2: Approval & Next Steps
- Your application will be reviewed (1–2 weeks processing time).
- If approved, you will receive an email confirmation of your approval and your payment will be processed.
- A Membership Co-Chairman will call you to schedule an orientation session
New Member Fees & Dues
One-Time Initiation & Keycard Fee: $200 (New Members Only) This fee is due with your first membership dues payment.
Membership Dues Ages 18-64: $220/year (Membership pricing is based on applicant age at the time of application.)
Membership Dues Ages 65+: $150/year (Membership pricing is based on applicant age at the time of application.)
Dues are valid for 1 year.
Membership Renewals
Your expiration date is available on your Account Page.
Lapsed Memberships:
- If your membership expires, your keycard will be disabled and membership terminated.
- Reinstatement requires reapplying as a new member and paying the $200 initiation fee.
Payment & Account Management
All membership payments are managed through the Stripe payment portal. Visit your Account Page to manage your payment details.
Payment Reminders & Failed Transactions:
- Email reminders are sent 14 days, 7 days, and 1 day before auto-renewal or expiration.
- If a payment fails, you will be notified via email.
- You will have 2 days to update payment details and process the transaction.
Membership Dues
Ages 18-64: $220/year (Membership pricing is based on member age age at the time of renewal.)
Ages 65+: $150/year (Membership pricing is based on member age at the time of renewal.)
Dues are valid for 1 year.
Membership dues are subject to change. In the event of a rate adjustment, members will receive advance notification before the new dues take effect.
